Dr. Samuel L. Baily will present a brief history of immigration to the United States, and discuss the process of migration and the reaction of those living in the United States to the newcomers. There will be a discussion and questions following the talk. Dr. Baily taught Immigration History at Rutgers University for more than forty years and is the author of a number of books on the subject.
